WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Consume with Love will accept returns* for items purchased on the Consumewithlove.com store that have been postmarked within 30 days of shipping.
*No returns are allowed on final sale items.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Orders placed between November 25, 2016 and December 24, 2016 are eligible for our extended holiday return policy. During this period, we will accept returns* postmarked by January 15, 2017.
*Excludes Final Sale
All returns must meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, all tags must be attached, all accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no other signs of being worn all original packaging and hangers must be included.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, returned items must be shipped back, and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Please email us at email@example.com. All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). You can request your RMA # by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM FOR CREDIT:
If you would like to return an item for store credit instead of a refund then please let us know when you email us! Shipping costs to return the item will not be refunded, but exchanges for store credit or for another item will not attract a shipping charge for the new item you choose in the US. For exchanges outside the US please contact us at email@example.com
HOW WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
Once a return arrives at our warehouse it will take us 10 to 14 days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order and customer may be charged a $10 rejection fee.
