Healthy Digestion Juice

Looking for a refreshing green juice to help keep your belly happy? This healthy digestion juice is both healing and delicious!

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers

2 kiwis

small handful fresh mint

1 inch ginger, peeled

1/2 lemon, peeled

Cucumber and kiwis both contain enzymes which aid in digestion. One kiwi has more vitamin C than a small orange! Vitamin C promotes healing. And, mint may help lessen pain and bloating associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

This is a great juice to drink with your breakfast this morning!
